"Amy Hatfield is a Physician Assistant who grew up in Gwinnett County. She’s been with Highland Urgent Care and Family Medicine since 2009. Amy sees patients in our Urgent Care Clinic, Family Medicine Practice, and Travel Medicine Clinic.
Anyone who has experienced Amy’s kindness and the level of care she provides her patients won’t be surprised to learn that she began her medical career as a pediatric emergency room nurse. After five years, she moved to Charleston South Carolina to complete her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at the Medical University of South Carolina.
Amy attended the University of Georgia for her undergraduate studies and earned her Bachelors in Nursing from the Medical College of Georgia. A true Bulldog at heart, when she’s not at work, Amy enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and watching UGA football."
