"Born in Willingboro, New Jersey, Dr. Jason T. Hayes grew up in the small town of Opelousas, Louisiana. He’s been in Alpharetta, Georgia since 2015.He earned his B.S. in Chemistry from Xavier University of Louisiana (1999) and his M.D. and M.S. in Public Health from Meharry Medical College (2004). Dr. Hayes completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine (2007). Later, he earned a Physician Executive M.B.A. from Haslam College of Business in 2016. Dr. Hayes’ professional experience includes working as a CDC epidemiology intern, a Congressional Intern with Rep. Jim Cooper (D), a National Health Service Corp Physician, an ACP Leadership Day Patient Advocate and a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician. Dr. Hayes is the owner of Personal Concierge MD in Alpharetta and is proud to serve its residents."
