"Dr. Wendell C. Perry is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon. He received his undergraduate degree from Howard University and his doctrine of medicine degree from Howard University. Dr. Perry completed his general surgery internship and residency at Howard University Hospital. After completing his general surgery training he served as an instructor in the department of surgery.
As an attending general surgeon, his responsibilities included covering general surgery trauma emergencies at a level I University trauma center, education of medical students and residents, and covering a general surgery service.
Following completion of his general surgery training Dr. Perry then went to the University of Southern California where he did a burn fellowship. His responsibilities included running a burn service, running a burn intensive care unit, and an acute burn surgery. Following completion of his burn fellowship he completed his plastic surgery fellowship at the University of Miami and Jackson Memorial Hospital. Dr. Perry has been a practicing plastic and reconstructive surgeon for over 10 years in the Miami area, during that time he has been a medical director at a wound healing center."
