Alexandra Ramos-Garcia, MD

Dr. Alex is a board certified pediatrician specializing in personalized, comprehensive, evidence-based care from birth to adolescence.  An advocate for her patients, Dr. Alex has a passion for promoting and maintaining health and wellness through sustainable habits, early intervention and preventive medicine. Her platform is working alongside parents to encourage, listen and guide them in supporting their child's optimal development.

Originally from Puerto Rico and fluent in Spanish, Dr. Alex graduated medical school at the top of her class at Universidad Central del Caribe in Puerto Rico, earning the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha honor medical society membership. She then moved to South Florida and completed pediatric residency training at Nicklaus Children's Hospital in Miami, ranked as one of the top children's hospitals in the nation, where she was recognized for her excellence in patient care by her colleagues and patient families. 

Since 2021, Dr. Alex has been involved in concierge pediatric care and understands the importance of a limited practice to allow for the personalized service, evidence-based education and compassionate, unhurried interactions that families deserve. In 2025, she founded Curitas Pediatrics to continue providing the highest quality of pediatric care to the children of Palm Beach.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Alex loves experimenting in the kitchen with healthy delicious recipes, staying active, reading while cuddled with her cats, visiting Universal Studios and spending time with her fiancé and her family.
