"Sandeep Sura, M.D., is an internal medicine specialist. At Conviva Riverside, he leads a team of compassionate, patient-focused primary care professionals with a commitment to medical excellence. Dr. Sura completed an internal medicine residency at St Joseph Mercy Oakland Hospital, in Pontiac, Michigan, and an externship in the busy practice of internist Dr. Pramod Raval. Dr. Sura served an internship at Kasturba Hospital in Mumbai, India. He earned his medical degree from Baroda Medical College, Sayajirao Hospital, in Baroda, Gujarat, India. Dr Sura has extensive experience and passion to help patients with multiple complicated medical problems. He saw pediatric and general medicine patients in clinics in Valsad, India, from 1989 until 1991, and then served as a medical officer in rural community hospitals in tribal areas of Dharampur, Gujarat, India, until 1994. He treated 30 to 40 patients daily including pediatrics, obstetrics, geriatrics, tuberculosis, and tropical illnesses. Since 2000, he’s practiced internal medicine in hospital and outpatient settings in Michigan and Central Florida, such as the prestigious FQHC in Brevard County for the homeless and Medicaid population.
