"Dr. Linda Kardos has been practicing Internal Medicine in Stuart, FL since 1979. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Martin Health Foundation and the Humane Society of the Treasure Coast. She has served on many Martin Health committees over the years including Utilization Review, Physician Assistance, and Peer Review. She has also served as Medical Director for Martin Health's weight management program. Her past community involvement includes the American Heart Association, the American Lung Association, and the Martin Health Foundation Chrysanthemum Ball Committee.
Dr. Kardos is a graduate of William Smith College in Geneva, NY. She received her medical degree from The Medical College of Pennsylvania and completed her internship and residency at the University of South Florida (USF) Medical School and its affiliated hospitals in Tampa, FL. She continued at USF, pursuing a fellowship in nephrology. She was hired as Assistant Professor of Medicine at USF and later left to open her own private internal medicine practice in Stuart, FL in 1979."
