"Concierge Primary Care has been developed to serve people through the healing art of medicine and to give providers a chance to help patients in the personalized and meaningful way it was meant to be. We recognize that current health care needs are not being met due to high cost of premiums as well as a lack of access to care. Sadly, the people who need medical care the most are frequently entirely unable to afford it. Our mission is to reach the folks in need of care whether it’s in our office or in your own home! We believe that we are called to extend a helping hand to our community and our neighbors."
