"Charles Chaboude, APRN-C, is board-certified as an adult-gerontology nurse practitioner certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and licensed through the Florida Board of Nursing. He holds certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association. At Conviva North Jupiter, he provides compassionate, patient-focused primary care with a commitment to medical excellence. Mr. Chaboude earned a Master of Science in Nursing in Adult and Geriatric Primary Care from New York University in New York, New York. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. Mr. Chaboude has served as an advanced practice registered nurse in south Florida since 2018 and as a registered nurse in the surgical unit and the emergency department of Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York. In 2016, he was honored with the 1199 SEIU Training and Development Nurse of Distinction Award. Mr. Chaboude is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the American Nurses Association, and a past member of the Professional Practice Committee and Policy Committee for the Mount Sinai Emergency Department, as well as former Chairman of the Unit Based Council for General Surgery. He enjoys the beach, hiking, and gardening."
