"Sabrina Lewis, FNP-C, received board certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and she holds a certification in Basic Life Support, BLS. At Conviva Wellington West, she provides compassionate, patient-focused primary care with a commitment to medical excellence. Ms. Lewis earned a Master of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida, in May 2015. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University in May 2010 and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida in Gainesville in May 2008. Ms. Lewis provided care for patients as a nurse practitioner in the family practice of Dr. Richard Hays from 2015 until 2021. Ms. Lewis served as a charge nurse in Neuro/Tele at Wellington Regional Medical Center in Wellington, Florida, from 2013 to 2015 and a staff registered nurse managing stroke and cardiac patients in Neuro/Tele at Wellington Regional Medical Center from 2010 to 2015. She is active on the Nurse Practitioner Council of Palm Beach County, and she is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Ms. Lewis took part in study abroad with a Nurse Practitioner cultural experience in Guatemala in March 2014, in the Florida Atlantic University Novice Nurse Leadership Program from 2011 to 2012, and as a crisis intervention and suicide hotline volunteer at Alachua County Crisis Center in Gainesville, Florida, from 2007 to 2008. She loves to travel and spending time with her family, friends, and pet."
