"Tara Stock, D.O., is board-certified through the American Osteopathic Board of Family Practice, AOBFP. At Conviva Wellington Family, she works with a team of compassionate, patient-focused primary care professionals with a commitment to medical excellence. Dr. Stock completed a family practice residency at Wellington Regional Medical Center in Wellington, Florida, in 2006. She was honored as chief resident from 2005 to 2006 and chief intern from 2003 to 2004. She served as chief of family medicine at Wellington Regional Medical Center from 2013 to 2014. Dr. Stock earned her medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania, in 2003. As an undergraduate, she obtained a Bachelor of Science magna cum laude from the California University of Pennsylvania in California, Pennsylvania, in 1999. Dr. Stock has a special interest in preventative medicine. From 2006 to 2014, she served as an associate clinical professor at LECOM Bradenton, an affiliate of Wellington Regional Medical Center. She is currently a clinical preceptor for VCOM, an affiliate of Wellington Regional Medical Center, training third and fourth-year medical students. Dr. Stock is a member of the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association (FOMA), the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP), and the American Osteopathic Association (AOA)."
