Patricia Rooney, DO

"Dr. Patricia Rooney is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Hillsdale College in Hillsdale, MI and attended University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri for her medical degree. She completed her internship at Chicago Osteopathic Hospital, her General Surgery Residency at Osteopathic Hospital of Maine in Portland, ME and her Plastic Surgery Residency at the Cleveland Clinic Florida in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. She completed MOHS Micrographic Surgery training at Cleveland Clinic Foundation, in Cleveland, OH.

Dr. Rooney is also a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery at the College of Osteopathic Medicine at Nova Southeastern University, in Ft. Lauderdale, FL and a Florida Board of Osteopathic Medicine Approved Expert Witness Consultant, for Practitioner Regulation on behalf of Osteopathic Medicine for the Florida Department of Health through Abbason and Associates, Inc. She was nominated Doctor of the Quarter “Most Valuable Physician” at Imperial Point Medical Center during the 3rd Quarter 2015."
