"Dr. Todd Coven was born and raised in northern New Jersey. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, and his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. He went on to an Internship in the Department of Medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York, and a Fellowship in the Laboratory for Investigative Dermatology at Rockefeller University in New York. Dr. Coven continued his training with a Residency in the Department of Dermatology of New York Presbyterian Hospital – Cornell Medical Center in New York. He then completed a Mohs Surgery Fellowship under Dr. Deborah Sarnoff, Clinical Professor of Dermatology at New York University
A Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology and Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and American College of Mohs Micrographic Surgery, Dr. Coven is affiliated with both The Mount Sinai Medical Center and New York University Medical Center in New York. He has published numerous peer-reviewed journal articles in his field and has presented at national meetings. Dr. Coven in over 19 years of practice has successfully performed over 40,000 Mohs cases and has limited his practice to Mohs Micrographic Surgery."
