Michael is a better doctor now than when I first met him.

My personal views of Michael, which I've already reviewed, have not changed in the slightest; in fact, Michael is a better doctor now than when I first met him. Michael is a kind and caring individual. He is also very knowledgeable about his patients' illnesses and problems, and he will refer you to experts if he is unsure.
