"Dr. April Lynch is a Board-certified Family Medicine Physician with diverse professional experience. Her primary and family-oriented care includes positions of oversight and leadership.Dr. Lynch obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Medicine from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. From there, she received her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri. She completed her residency training in Family Medicine at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, WA.Dr. Lynch has provided full-spectrum primary care since 2007. In addition, she has held numerous leadership positions which include Medical Director for a number of Army Clinics and the Chief of Primary Care for Western Regional Medical Command (WRMC). In that role, Dr. Lynch oversaw the implementation of Patient-Centered Medical Homes throughout WRMC, which served over 400,000 beneficiaries.In December of 2017, Dr. Lynch joined the PeakMed family in the hopes of providing even more personalized care to her patients. She is married with two children, ages eight and nine. She and her family love the Colorado mountains and spend their time skiing, playing outdoors, reading, and traveling.
