"Heather Whiting is a native of Colorado and has been fortunate to serve the community as a physician assistant and patient care advocate since 2003. She began her pursuit of a career in medicine at the University of Northern Colorado where she earned a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Human Biology. Upon graduation, Heather worked at the University of Colorado Hospital as a Rehab Therapy Technician. She later graduated from the Physician Assistant program at Red Rocks Community College in Lakewood, Colorado with honors and earned a second Master’s degree, a Masters of Medical Science from Saint Francis University. Heather is very passionate about medicine and believes in caring for the whole patient. She enjoys working side by side with patients striving to achieve optimal physical and emotional health. She is experienced in treating patients across a wide spectrum of disease states and ages, from adolescence to geriatrics. She has special interest in disease prevention and health promotion."
