Founded in 2012 by Dr. Sheenie Ambardar, MD, we are a premier California and New York telehealth and wellness practice that provides compassionate, concierge psychiatry, psychotherapy, and medical weight care services to adult patients in California and New York as well as coaching services to clients of all ages worldwide.

We use low-dose psychiatric medications in conjunction with an eclectic blend of psychotherapeutic modalities including psychodynamic therapy, inner child work, solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, outdoor walking therapy, meditation, and Kundalini Yoga. We also offer specialized lab testing, nutraceuticals, and convenient at-home gene testing (if desired).
