Most patients should not have to pay any additional fees to our clinic other than the annual membership dues. Most patients will not experience the need for phone consultation after hours, home visits, or in-office procedures so why pay for them? Even if these are needed sporadically, we discount these services significantly as compared to retail price. Enhancing Wellness - Primary Care should be easy and inexpensive. We will provide better quality care and customer service than traditional clinics by listening to your concerns and addressing them promptly and thoroughly. We will provide same/next day appointments, offer significantly more time per appointment, and eliminate waiting room time in nearly all cases. Our practice will make accessing your doctor easy and efficient. With 10 appointments provided annually, you now have access to the care needed to focus on preventing the onset of health problems and to enhance the way you feel and perform on a daily basis. Supplemental Optional Wellness Optimization - Any member desiring personalized coaching with more frequent feedback for weight loss; setting and achieving a race or fitness event goal or maximizing an employment/military fitness test score; or for diabetes/hypertension remission may add this package of 14 encounters over a six month period for an additional $799.
