"As a concierge primary care practice, Internal Medicine Associates of Cincinnati does not bill health insurance. Instead, there is an annual membership fee that includes unlimited visits. This allows me to limit my practice size, which in turn provides flexibility and allows me the opportunity to spend more time with each patient. 

For a single annual fee, you’ll receive an evidence-based history and physical exam, unlimited appointments with plenty of time to discuss your medical concerns, direct coordination with any specialists, direct access to Dr. Piersma, as well as hospital consultation (when appropriate). "
