About Health Connections Direct Primary Care

We offer primary care and immigration exams in Spanish and English so that people are able to improve their health - irregardless of their immigration or insurance status or English ability.

We specialize in working with adults on preventative care as well as on chronic health issues such as diabetes, hypertension and obesity. With longer visits, we are able to help patients discover what they can do to improve their health by addressing other factors such as nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress, unhealthy substance use and not just prescribing a medicine.

We are a small office - on purpose - we want to know our patients so that we can better meet their needs and provide better care.

Direct Primary Care is similar to concierge medicine, but at just $95 a month and no co-pays or per visit charges, it is accessible to many people. Our patients have access to cash price labs that are generally $10-$20 and our adult patients who don't have insurance are able to get vaccines for less than $20 each.

Patients have minimal wait in the waiting room - and we can usually get patients in the same or next business day for sick visits. We are able to provide telehealth primary care visits for patients in Ohio and Kentucky to maximize your convenience.

Conveniently located near the Turfway Exit in Northern Kentucky, we centrally located.

I was quite pleased with my visit. During my examination, Dr. Villacis described each process. She had printouts ready with addresses and directions to where I needed to go when I needed to perform lab work. Overall, a fantastic experience.
