Staff completely incompetent; antagonistic when confronted about failure to give dr info, failure to return calls, lock the doors letting only 1 patient in, but they are sitting there unmasked. The staff was extremely disrespectful and the dr is aware of their behavior but lacks the ability to correct the outlandish behavior they consistently exhibit. It is a very bad atmosphere. The dr has no control over her staff. Dr. McLeroy is a very skilled practitioner and she is very kind, but her office should be an extension of her and they are not. These women have a very unhelpful, aggressive attitude, you can not get Rxs refill, return phone calls or anything important that needs attention and Dr. McLeroy acknowledged this was a problem, and did nothing about it. I would not go to this office if you expect a professional environment from her staff. Maybe they are family and she feels that she can not Fire them! It really is that bad.

Very good doctor in a well-equipped clinic.
