"Insurance companies dictate to medical providers what is "necessary" and what is "elective" without even knowing us, knowing what is important to us as individuals nor considering that we all have different needs based on the culture and lifestyle in which we exist.

My integrative practice focuses on the mind, body, spirit and beauty of the human condition while protecting the human being with a collaborative and preventative model of health and wellness. I do not believe in labels. I believe that versions of health vary from person to person and what makes one person healthy, may make another person ill. I provide each and every client with tailored care of their body and mind... care that is harmonious with their beliefs and lifestyle.

I give a unique emphasis on the health and well-being of the whole person. With a focus on health promotion, disease prevention,  health education and counseling, I guide clients in making smarter health and lifestyle choices from all aspects of the mind, body and appearance paradigm."
