We provide a complete refund for any appointments under the following conditions:
Should a provider fail to attend a scheduled appointment, we offer a refund upon verification of the no-show by our team.
In the event of an accidental same-day booking, we offer a refund if the cancellation is requested within one hour of the transaction, if the scheduled virtual visit time is at least 30 mins after the time of cancellation request.
Cancellations made at least 6 hours ahead of the scheduled time for virtual appointments.
Please note, refunds are not available for:
Cancellation requests submitted 3 days after the original booking date
Disputes regarding the clinical outcome of the visit, including dissatisfaction with not being prescribed medication.
Appointments where the patient fails to show up.
