Cancellation Policy
We provide a complete refund for any appointments under the following conditions:
  • Should a provider fail to attend a scheduled appointment, we offer a refund upon verification of the no-show by our team.
  • In the event of an accidental same-day booking, we offer a refund if the cancellation is requested within one hour of the transaction, if the scheduled virtual visit time is at least 30 mins after the time of cancellation request.
  • Cancellations made at least 6 hours ahead of the scheduled time for virtual appointments.
Please note, refunds are not available for:
  • Cancellation requests submitted 3 days after the original booking date
  • Disputes regarding the clinical outcome of the visit, including dissatisfaction with not being prescribed medication.
  • Appointments where the patient fails to show up.
