Dr. Henry Wu, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician who has over a decade of experience caring for children of all ages--from newborns to those transitioning to adulthood. Born and raised in Southern California, he was selected for a combined 8 year college and medical education program, earning a B.A. in Neuroscience and his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from the University of Southern California and the Keck School of Medicine and went on to complete his internship and residency training in pediatrics at Children's Hospital Los Angeles, one of the nation's top children's hospitals. He was named the Intern of the Year and selected as a Chief Resident while there. He joined and practiced at a traditional, insurance-based, corporate model for primary care for 8 years and built up a reputation as a thorough and thoughtful clinician who delivers high quality pediatric care and goes above and beyond for his patients and their families. However, he deeply understands that the best pediatric care is obtained by taking the time to conduct a comprehensive, unrushed clinical history and physical exam and to get to know and reliably communicate with his families, which insurance-based models cannot achieve. In 2024, Dr. Wu started the first concierge-style, membership-based practice in San Marino to provide a more personalized and elevated standard of pediatric care for his patients and families in the city and in the surrounding foothill community neighborhoods, including Arcadia, South Pasadena, Pasadena, La Cañada Flintridge, Altadena, Sierra Madre, and Monrovia. He is well connected through his affiliations with expert networks and colleagues at local hospitals, including Children's Hospital Los Angeles, Huntington Hospital, and Cedars-Sinai Guerin Children's Hospital.
