"Carla Stelling, M.D. is highly skilled in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She has a particular interest in adolescent gynecology and sexual health, and performs minimally invasive gynecologic surgery for the treatment of fibroids, pelvic organ prolapse, endometriosis, and more at East Bay Women’s Health in Oakland and Alameda, California. Dr. Stelling has managed high-risk obstetrical patients and advanced gynecologic diseases and also performed research on cervical cancer screening of adolescents.
Dr. Carla J. Stelling received her M.D. from Albany Medical College in New York and completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency training at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. Prior to her medical training, she provided counseling and worked with the UCSF AIDS Health Project. Dr. Stelling also performed clinical research investigating the use of acupuncture in treating pediatric chronic pain and performed research on sexually transmitted infection. Dr. Stelling is multilingual, able to communicate with patients in Medical Spanish."
