Dr. McNally has worked in both conventional and integrative primary care and internal medicine practices. His approach is a blend of the best of the conventional and evidence-based alternative medicine. He places a strong emphasis on personalized medicine because he understands that not all medical problems have the same origin and patients often want to know “why” they have the condition. He works with emerging technologies and therapies such as genetic tests, medical Apps, medical devices, and bioidentical hormone replacement.
