"Brittany Bryan, MD, is an Internal Medicine physician at Premium Care Internal Medicine, located in Santa Barbara, California. Dr. Bryan was born & raised in Vancouver, British Columbia. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Washington in Seattle, graduating on the Dean’s List. Following medical school at St. George’s University, she completed her Internal Medicine Internship at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. She then went on to complete her Internal Medicine Residency at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital. She served as Chief Medical Resident in her last year of residency. Following her residency, she completed an additional fellowship at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital for further subspecialty training in Internal Medicine & Primary Care.
Following training, Dr. Bryan moved to Boston, Massachusetts where her husband was pursuing training in Diagnostic Radiology at Massachusetts General Hospital. She worked three years at Lahey Clinic Primary Care on the North Shore of Boston. She represented her Clinic as one of the Medical Directors for Lahey Health Primary Care. In 2015, her Clinic won the Lahey Clinic award for the highest Press Ganey scores, for the best “most likely to recommend” scores from patients.
Dr. Bryan then went on the work at Kaiser Permanente in Los Angeles. Dr. Bryan was an active member of the medical staff of Kaiser Permanente, West Los Angeles and practiced in Los Angeles for one year before moving to Santa Barbara.
Dr. Bryan is now returning to Santa Barbara and is eager to take excellent care of the members of the Santa Barbara community. She was certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in 2013 and is a member of the American College of Physicians. Her professional interests include preventive medicine, women’s health, hypertension treatment, osteoporosis, and healthy living.

Dr. Bryan and her husband, Roy, have two young boys Roy and Thomas. When not caring for her patients, some of her favorite activities include spending time with her family, exercising, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle."
