"Since earning his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine, Dr. Weiss has practiced medicine for over 30 years. He has been listed as Castle Connolly Top Doctors for 10 consecutive years. He is a highly regarded physician who completed his internal medicine residency at University of Massachusetts, his pulmonary fellowship under the aegis of Dr. Kenneth Moser, the late world-renowned lung expert at UCSD and is board certified in both internal medicine and diseases of the chest. He also is a fellow in the American College of Chest Physicians.

Besides sharing his knowledge with future doctors as an associate clinical professor of medicine at University of California, Irvine, College of Medicine, Dr. Weiss is a past member of the Board of Directors of Temple Bat Yahm, Newport Beach, serves on the Board of Directors of Jewish Federation and Family Services of Orange County and is also a member of the Vital Aging Panel at Hoag Hospital, an initiative to improve the health of seniors in Orange County."
