"Nayabei Barretto (who goes by Naya) is a family nurse practitioner with a diverse background in diabetes care, weight loss management and aesthetics. Naya places high significance on staying current with developments in research and technology while using a holistic approach where both conventional and complementary medicine can play a role.  She is a strong advocate of helping patients create a health foundation grounded on healthy food, physical activity and stress management.  She understands we are all unique and seeks to tailor her approach to each person’s strengths, needs and challenges.  Naya is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese and has an elementary knowledge of Chinese.  During her free time she enjoys foraging for edible mushrooms, making ceramic sculptures and dancing tango."
