Jessica is friendly and willing to help

I just moved to the US and talked to Jessica to get some medicine I take regularly. The reservation was supposed to be 15min, but she took the time to answer all my questions and help with my extra requests. We ended up talking for over 30mins. I feel she's very friendly and willing to help.
