"Dr. Frank Mazzone is a Board Certified Family Practice Doctor who has been practicing medicine in San Luis Obispo for nearly 30 years. He opened Family & Industrial Medical Center over twenty five years ago with the vision of combining Family Practice, Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine all under one roof. Dr. Mazzone attended St. George’s University School of Medicine and completed a three-year residency in Family Practice in Harrisburg, PA. Dr. Mazzone has been married to his wife Nancie for over 35 years and has two children, Sarah and Andrew. Sarah is a part-time attorney and full-time mom. Andrew is currently a urology resident in Salt Lake City, UT. In his spare time, Dr. Mazzone is an avid runner and loves to cook."
