"Dr. Jacqueline Habashy was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, where she completed her Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science degrees at the University of Southern California. She majored in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention with a minor in Biology and received her Masters in Global Medicine. She then attended medical school at Western University of Health Sciences. Her leadership and scholarly excellence throughout medical school led her to become the President of the Dermatology Society. She then completed her Internship and Dermatology residency in Miami, Florida where she trained with world-renowned leaders in cosmetic, surgical and medical dermatology.
As a senior resident, Dr. Habashy was a key opinion leader in aesthetic medicine for Doctors Reaching for Excellence and Achievement in Medicine. She is a member and on the board of advisors for the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), a member and on the communication council for Women’s Dermatology Society (WDS), a member of the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS) and a member of the Skin of Color Society (SOCS). She has authored multiple publications in esteemed peer-reviewed journals, where she has presented at various conferences nationwide. Dr. Habashy offers her expertise in surgical, cosmetic and medical dermatology."
