"Dr. Lance received his Bachelor of Science from Oklahoma State University in 1984, where he was awarded The Top Bio Chemistry Student the same year. He went on to receive his Doctor of Medicine (MD) in 1988 from The University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. From 1988-1991, Lance participated in his Internal Medicine Fellowship at the University of Kansas."
