She received her Associate’s Degree in Nursing in 2010 and worked as an emergency room nurse while completing her Master’s Degree in 2017.Her experience as an ER nurse has given her insight into the shortcomings of modern health care; it is her goal to make her patients feel heard and to help them play an active role in their own health care.
