"Laura Larson comes from a family with a strong nursing background. Like her mother, and two of her siblings she chose nursing as her profession since a young age. Although a native to northern Arizona, Laura received her bachelors in nursing, with a minor in international development at Brigham Young University, in Provo, Utah. After working as a nurse in labor and delivery she attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas' doctorate of nursing practice program, where she became a family nurse practitioner. Laura is very passionate about women's health and is a strong member of the community through her background with various volunteer organizations. She is a natural home body and loves spending every extra minute with her family doing anything from cooking, baking, running, hiking, or impromptu dance parties."
