"Charlann Staab is an adult/geriatric nurse practitioner at Scottsdale Sports Medicine Institute.
She focuses on annual physical assessments, pre- surgical clearance, acute care and follow-up management.
Charlann graduated from Mesa Community College and sat for her registered nurse boards more than 44 years ago before choosing career paths as an Intensive Care RN, Emergency Department RN and Flight Nurse in the Valley.
She wanted to further her education and added a bachelor’s degree in Nursing Science and a master’s degree in Nursing before completing studies in Adult /Geriatric Advanced Practice.
Charlann earned her nurse practitioner curriculum in 2018, becoming board certified and licensed in the state of Arizona.
She has spoken at many national/regional conferences and seminars during her career, including those focused on Emergency Nursing Physiological Simulation and Air Medical Transport."
