Born and raised in Tucson, Bill's deep-rooted commitment to his community is unwavering. With a career spanning over 20 years in law enforcement, including 12 years as a dedicated Police Officer with the Tucson Police Department, Bill shifted his focus to healthcare. In 2012, he retired from the force to pursue his newfound calling in the medical field.

Transitioning into a role as an Emergency Room RN, Bill's devotion to public service never wavered. Eager to expand his impact, he continued his education and earned the title of Family Nurse Practitioner in 2020.

Recognizing the critical need for compassionate healthcare in Arizona, Bill took action. In 2023, he founded Invictus Wellness PLLC, a healthcare practice aimed at providing top-tier primary care services to those in need.
