"Carlie Fox, PA-C is a native of Arizona. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Wellness from Arizona State University, Suma Cum Laude, and completed her master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at A.T Still University in 2012.
Since September 2012 she has been practicing dermatology and is trained in general, surgical, pediatric and cosmetic dermatology. She is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She is Board Certified by the NCCPA and licensed to practice in the State of Arizona."
