Kendrick D. Blais, DO, FAAFP

"Dr. Blais established Polar Wind Medical Center in August of 1999. Dr. Blais has practiced in the civilian community of Fairbanks since July 1985. He and his family originally came to Fairbanks with the US Air Force. Dr. Blais and his wife have four grown children, four grandsons and one granddaughter. Dr. Blais serves on several committees at Fairbanks Memorial Hospital. He enjoys science fiction, fishing and many other activities. Dr. Blais is associated with Foundation Health Partners (FHP), whcih includes Fairbanks Memorial Hospital, Denali Center, and Tanana Valley Clinc. Since June 2019 Dr. Blais has been the Medical Director for Occupational Health Services for FHP. Effective August 7, 2020 Dr Blais was appointed as Medical Director for Hospice Services with Foundation Health Partners."
