"Pamela Haughom is a certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) who graduated from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine & Science in 2012.
Pam is originally from Chicago, Illinois. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Illinois. After graduating from PA school, she worked for five years in Chicago in orthopedic surgery, assisting and coordinating patient care. She then moved to Boston where she was a Physician Assistant at Brigham & Women’s Hospital providing multidisciplinary care to complex bladder, kidney, and prostate cancer patients.
When Pam relocated to Alaska, she continued her work in surgical oncology. She focused on providing patient education and coordinating treatment plans for patients with various types of cancer, including melanoma. Her interest in melanoma facilitated her transition to dermatology. Pam enjoys hiking, traveling, baking, and spending time with her son and husband."
